There are many areas to get involved in this team. From the band, singers, technology, media, planning events, craft projects and stage design – if you’ve got some creativity – we’ve got a place for you!

Musicians. Clover Hill has a family of musicians who rotate throughout our services and campuses with the goal of creating music that inspires worship. Most players serve 1 to 2 Sundays a month with a rehearsal on Thursday nights prior to your service day. There is an audition required, and opportunity for those who need development in their craft to learn and grow with more experienced players.

Sound Team. This team mixes music for our services and campuses. We are looking for those who have some experience, but are willing to be trained in new things. The Sound Operators need to have a love for music and worship with some technical ability. We train all volunteers with the gear and the philosophy of Clover hill Sound mixing. 1 to 2 Sundays a month with a rehearsal on Thursday nights. 

Lighting Team. This team sets the mood and environment of our services. It is computer based controls and can be taught to most people with a general sense of software and rhythmic timing. The lighting software is easy to learn and fun to control. Light Techs serve 1 Sunday a month.

Media Team. The Media team controls song lyrics and video presentations via computer software. It is computer based controls and can be taught to most people with a general sense of software and rhythmic timing. The media software is easy to learn and fun to control. Media Techs serve 1 Sunday a month.

Camera Team – The camera team operates in service cameras for on screen projection. If you have steady hands we can teach you on the equipment fairly easily. Camera Operators serve about 1 service (Bailey Bridge Campus only) a month

Stage Design. The Stage design team is seasonal and enlist many varieties of skills. From clean up to construction to lighting and set design, the stages installed at Clover Hill take a team. Usually time commitment is based on what can be offered and we can put anyone to work. Clover Hill typically does 3 or 4 stages a year.

Road Crew. The road crew serves the Moseley Campus and loads/unloads the equipment at Cosby High School. Serve once a month and requires about 1 hour before and 1 hour after service.

Video Production. The video production team films, storyboards, and edits all video content. This usually requires a certain skill set and understanding of video gear and software.

Worship Guide. Every weekend, we communicate through print and distribute about 1500 guides with connection cards and outlines to our church family. This team assembles these guides typically for an hour on Thursday nights from 7pm – 8pm at our Bailey Bridge Campus. The team is normally on a rotation basis.

Social Media and Website. If you have skills in this area, there are great opportunities. Completing Growth Track, serving on the creative team for a period of time and an application are pre-requisites for this team.

Special Event Team. This team of exceptionally detail oriented people tackle creative and crafty tasks associated with the special events hosted at Clover Hill. These range from helping out at middle school graduations to serving food to creating excellent environments for networking events that take place at our Bailey Bridge Campus.
