Full Time (8:00-4:30M-F)

Lead Teacher : 3 year old classroom

Specific functions of the position:

• Plan and implement bi-monthly lesson plans
• Submit monthly calendar and supply request
• Complete developmental assessments for each child
• Provide direct care for all children in their classroom in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment, based on developmental needs of each child.
• Be a role model of Christian conduct
• Establish a daily routine that effectively manages the classroom, is developmentally appropriate, allows the teacher to be aware of the entire group of children at all times, and encourages the children to master developmental goals set by the center.
• Communicate with all parents of the children in the classroom on a daily basis through written informations sheets, verbal conversation, telephone calls, and family information area.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to bend and lift up to 30lbs.
